Reaching out to us

If you contact us (e. g. by email), we utilize the data you provide to us to process your request. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in processing your request per Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. If your request serves the conclusion of a contract with us, the legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.

Your data will be deleted after your request has been settled unless we are legally obliged to store it for a longer period. In this case, deletion will be carried out after the obligation has expired.

Google Maps

We use Google Maps to visualize where we are located. The European Un-ion’s services provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland.

When your device retrieves the map, the public IP address of the device you are using is transmitted to Google, and, if necessary, location data is processed. Google Maps is subject to Google's privacy policy, which is avail-able at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

Our legitimate interest in using Google Maps is to help visitors to our web-site find our company so that we are easier to reach. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit f) GDPR.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you are entitled to the following rights in particular in connection with your personal data. For details, please refer to the legal regulations (in particular Art. 15 ff. GDPR).

Right of access

You have the right under Art. 15 of the GDPR to request confirmation from us as to whether personal data relating to you is being processed by us. If this is the case, you have the right to be informed about this personal data and to receive further information, which is mentioned in Art. 15 GDPR.

Right of rectification

Pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, you have the right to request us to rectify inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay. In addition, taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by means of a supplementary declaration.

Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")

Within the limits of Art. 17 GDPR, you have the right to demand that we delete personal data relating to you without undue delay. We are obliged to delete personal data without undue delay, provided that the relevant requirements of Art. 17 GDPR are met. For the details, we refer to Art. 17 GDPR.

Right to restriction of processing

In accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, you have the right, under certain conditions, to demand that we restrict the processing of your personal data. For the details, please refer to Art. 18 GDPR.

Right to data portability

Under the conditions stipulated in Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format. Pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, you further have the right to transfer this data to another controller without hindrance from us, provided that the processing is based on con-sent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR or Article 9(2)(a) GDPR or on a con-tract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and the processing is carried out with the help of automated procedures.

Existence of a right of appeal to the supervisory authority.

Pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy. This right exists in particular in the Member State of your residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes the GDPR.

Right of Appeal

Under Article 21 of the GDPR, you have the right to object to the pro-cessing of personal data concerning you that is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the GDPR; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions.

If we process your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing; this also applies to profiling inso-far as it is related to such direct marketing.
